I fixed the error. Actually there was nothing wrong with the plugin, it works great, the problem was with my php setup on my server.
I added mbstring and recompiled apache, and it worked.
Thanks for the plugin, gonna make a donation for sure.
Trying to do the same thing here, hope someone figures something out. I tried putting the require inside a function and that didnt work either.
