1. Put your image in the credit field under Page Settings tab. This will be fixed to the bottom of the page.
2. Yep, add this custom css to the custom css field under the design tab:
#cspv4-socialprofiles a {
padding-right: 20px;
}3. Yep, look under the language string tab. You can change the tex there 🙂

I have some hard code page exception in the free version. Adding your own page exceptions however is only available in the pro version.
