I’m getting the same messages – an error on line 200, and then line 75 when I click on the “Add new modal button”. I can add info to the modal fields, but saving settings doesn’t work.
I’ve deactivated/reactivated as suggested above, but the problem persists. Any other solutions out there?

Sorry for the late reply. I was just able to get to this and apply it. This worked like a charm.
I figured the solution was something easy like this – it almost always is.
