In looking at other support posts, I tried clearing the site cache, then doing the process again, and it all seemed to work fine. Somehow the issues mentioned above were likely due to that, but not sure. If the issue is just with the home page, it is not a big deal, but obviously one wouldn’t want to manually fix all pages on a site. (I hadn’t tried clearing the site cache to see if that fixed the issue before, so don’t know for sure) I am using it for some large sites over the weekend so will report back any issues.
We unfortunately had to get rid of the plugin. Sucuri confirmed the plugin was the cause with multiple clients and is adding it to the malware list.
