Found a solution.
1. Open ../include/lcp-catlistdisplayer.php
2. Go to line 437 or thereabouts – you’re looking for this code:
“#lcp_instance_” . $this->catlist->get_instance();
3. Delete the # at the start of the line, then save and upload to your server.
4. That makes the pagination work, at least on my site.

With the current setup, there are basically two coices – yes/no, vote up/vote down. I;m working on a site that needs two more option. Basically it’s supposed to be Yes/no/maybe/you’re crazy, with buttons for each.
