I’m not a pro user, but appreciate the response.
For feedback, I ended up removing this plugin from my page because I couldn’t get past that step. If I could have gotten through the installation, I may have decided to purchase it.
Instead I downloaded the plugin “FaceBook for WordPress” at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/wordpress.
It requires a similar setup, and a nearly identical quick setup interface. It worked fine, and I don’t think I fixed permissions or anything. I wish it had some of the features of the Add Link To FaceBook plugin though. 🙂

I’m struggling with the same issue. I think what I want is for the header image to scale to 100% of the header, but want the header to scale depending on the browser window size.
If the header scaled, and the header image was 100% of the header, that would probably work. Unfortunately, I’m not savvy enough to know how to do that with my child theme.
