In reply to: [Sugar and Spice] How to change widget colour and font titles.Once again stephencottontail you rock. Fixed my problem.
I’m going to keep asking questions related to font and colour since your so helpful!
So now I would like to change the font and increase the size of the lettering in the navigation bar. Is there a code that I can put into my custom CSS editor to do so? The ‘Home’ button within the navigation bar still has that mint colour from the basic settings accent colour options that I would also like to change to be black.
Is that possible or is that something that I can’t tamper with?

In reply to: [Sugar and Spice] How to change widget colour and font titles.stephencottontail your a rockstar!
Now lastly, do you see how it says “follow me” and the me is in a different font and its in that mint colour? How do I change the font and colour for the word ‘me’?
In theme options I have ‘the colour of the ribbon and various accents’ set to baby blue (and I have disabled the ribbons) and the ‘general colour scheme’ also set to baby blue.

In reply to: [Sugar and Spice] How to change widget colour and font titles.Thank you stephencottontail! It worked.
The only trouble now is how do I keep the line breaks between all the widgets after changing the font. Its the little lines that go through the titles of the widgets.

In reply to: [Sugar and Spice] WSODThere are the little tabs on each side of the “Home” and “Contact Me” bar that are coloured. You initially get to pick what colour you would like and they are orange, pink, peach, green, yellow etc. I found out that you can add a custom colour by changing one of the names and its hex code. So I went into Appearance> Editor>Clicked on the ‘extras’>deleted the word orange and replaced it with turquoise and then replaced the hex colour number. Now it continually shows up with error 500 and I have to contact Bluehost to have them reset everything. I did go in and try to set everything back to how it was and then re-install the Sugar and Spice theme but it continues to come up with error 500 and I have to keep contacting bluehost to have them reset it again.
Can anybody out there shed any light on what might be happening or is there something that I am missing??

In reply to: Remove Home page photo from About Me pageThe only thing now is that my picture and little blurb below it for the about me part is gone off of the “Home” page. The only place that I don’t want it to show up on was my posts and the “About Me” page but to keep it on the “Home” page.

In reply to: [Sugar and Spice] Adding New MenusThat was helpful!
I figured out that I can just add the Categories instead as the Blocks across the Menu. Every time I create a menu it doesn’t show up as something that I can add to the website so I just used the categories instead.
Does that make things more difficult?
