I saved it as style.css and im pretty sure it saved as a .css file but wordpress press still says the template is missing.

i can save it with a .css at the end but the file itself will either be a word document, plain text, rich text or whatever file option windows gives me and then i have to upload it to my directory under the style.css folder.

In reply to: How do i un-link the date and author name in the post meta?when i created the style.css folder it wouldn’t let me edit the folder because there is nothing in the folder so i had to create a word file and save it as a plain text file.i don’t know how else to save a file as a css file because my laptop doesn’t have that option to convert it to a css file.
