Hi @dadsgoodlife. There are some updates that need to be made for compatibility with newer versions of WP and PHP. My fork of the plugin, which fixes these issues, is here: https://github.com/jwmerrick/job-manager. If you download the zip from there you should be able to upload into WordPress.
