I did all that, and unfortunately I still haven’t had any success. The website is on a different server than MySQL. I loaded MySQL Administrator on the Webserver and was able to connect as that user from that PC and I can telnet to the MySQL server on port 3306, but the site itself will not connect. Ive tried 12 other sites and encountered the same issue.
And yes, you guys do seem to know everything!
