i tried a complete fresh install with nothing except 1 text blog and it get the same thing
only admins who are logged in can view items and click links, but anyone else no go.

went back to stock design, and removed plug ins its the same thing.
i can view the site fine if im logged in as admin
but if not sometimes i cant even get to main page, and or if i do, i get a 404 error trying to go to other pages..
