I kind of have a similar issue, but I’ve been able to identify the cause.
On a website I’m building with WP (unfortunaltely, it’s a private one, so I can’t give you here the URL. If you need to log in to investigate further, I’ll give you an access), I’m using your plugin and another one, Front-end Users – https://wordpress.org/plugins/front-end-users/) which allow members to change their details. I choose to use Front-end users because the members are far from being IT specialists and the profile panel included in WP would frighten most of them.
If I activate the 2 plugins at the same time, I have the same redirect loop issue. I tried to deactivate the Front-end users plugin, and everything went ok.
I couldn’t find a plugin like Front-end user, I’m going to search again, finding an alternate plugin will obviously be a solution.
