  • I’ve had some issues logging in and have had to create a new account, but rest assured this is Jim, the frustrated guy who posted the original problem.

    So the hosting company says I had to install Configure SMTP, which I did. But that didn’t fix anything.

    I’m using a Gmail account for the “from” and “reply-to,” and thought I might have some issues due to this issue, but that wasn’t the case.

    I can’t configure anything server-wise because I don’t have access to the control panel.

    I’m worried about uninstalling and re-installing the plugin because I don’t want what I’ve created to disappear.

    Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do next?
