I ran through all the theme and plugin stuff, but the problem is that I am not the original host, so I don’t have access to the database or php at all. I looked into the JS error and found what it is, but I have no clue how to fix it (again because of the whole no access thing). Any ideas?

Thank you, that is super helpful! The only problem is that this is not my own site, I’m doing external work on it for the organization. Is there a way for me to fix it without direct access to the server, or would I need to talk to the host about fixing it?
