I have resolved the issue. I was using plug-in “add link to facebook” which is referring to wordpress logo.

I have followed your instruction and did “Fetch new Scrape information”.
Now its giving me error in that Developer Tool.
Object at URL ‘http://www.JewelParadiZe.com/’ of type ‘website’ is invalid because it specifies multiple ‘og:url’ values: http://www.JewelParadiZe.com/, http://www.JewelParadiZe.com/.
What could be possible issue?
Thanks for your response. I would prefers to have error description in log file and decent message to visitor so I can fix the problem and also have decent page for visitor.
Any idea on how to achieve this.
It is manual post. You can check it by typing http://www.jewelparadize.com in facebook and see first image pop out on link is WordPress logo.
