    Hi @t-p

    Thank you for your response. We are using the theme: startit child. So you mean we need to change to another theme? If the theme needs some settings, please help us to identify which setting is need to be adjusted. Thank you

    Update:

    Restarted PHP-fpm, and it is working now. Anyone knows the root cause of this issue?

    Hi @mairag

    Yes, I tried. I renamed ‘plugins’ to ‘plugins_hold’ in the server. It is not working. I can get into my wp-admin page. I only get 504 error for all web pages

    Thank you for helping me out.

    I tried health-check plugin, it says I have 3 critical issues. I attached it blow. I think the issue caused by ‘The REST API encountered an error. (Performance) ‘ Do you have any solution to solve this?
