In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Failed to communicate with QUIC.cloud server: Unknown errorOh wow that worked, the formatting was the issue. Idk why I just assumed it was line-limited, I guess because that’s how they were listed on the Ezoic site.
It seems to be working now, thanks a ton for your patience @qtwrk . I guess I should remove the debug functions and turn off Debug logging and be on my way.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Failed to communicate with QUIC.cloud server: Unknown errorI added those to the functions now, hopefully they work.
Also not sure why the image is not working, I can see it on my end. Probably because I’m signed into my Imgur account. Maybe this host works better https://bashify.io/i/Hl1ljqForum: Plugins
In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Failed to communicate with QUIC.cloud server: Unknown errorI’ve now done that, set it to Trusted only and added the Ezoic IP range and did a graceful restart of Litespeed, however I’m still getting the same errors.
Wouldn’t this screenshot indicate that it has been working fine previously without any of these requested IP whitelisting changes? https://i.imgur.com/JMWNSlK.png or is this not relevant?

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Failed to communicate with QUIC.cloud server: Unknown errorI do have root access, but not sure where to do what you mentioned above (not sure what exactly is webadmin console), I’m currently using CyberPanel. I’ve never installed any separate consoles etc. so I’m wondering why this issue has started now? Was something changed in the way Quic Cloud works which requires all these extra steps?

Damn, I updated to 2.1.1 a while ago and thought it was fine, but now that you mentioned it, the issue is only fixed on the new post I was drafting while the update came out, all of the old posts are still broken 🙁 Haven’t tried editing the old posts because there’s too many of them, but obviously this shouldn’t be necessary (should be fixed in the plugin instead).@judith0 Yes it exists in the newest version 2.0.16, I only realized it was an issue after I updated to 2.0.16 a few days ago. It broke for all old posts and a draft I was working on. I used the rollback feature to go back to 2.0.10 (didn’t try the ones in-between) and it fixed it for all posts, so I will be staying on this old version until a fix.
And if it helps resolve the issue, I used an icon, text, and changed color for all the items and all links were internal (for example: #a_random_h2_title).

Any updates on this? The same issue still persists. @mohsinbsf
EDIT: I rolled back to Version 2.0.10 and the issue is fixed there. Not sure which version after that is the culprit.
