I am having exactly the same problem. I just upgraded to 2.7 and what appears to have happened is that I am unable to see or manage my themes. I can not view the theme I use, and I am unable to use the clasic theme. If I select the appearance/theme choice on the dashboard, I get a blank area of content. Any help here?

Thanks, that seems to have worked. I am back up and running, and only need to resolve a password issue.
