Oh, I forgot to add in my original post that everything was fine before the latest Jetpack update.
I hope so too. I have a very active community who think I’m ignoring them.
I tried deactivating and reactivating, and people who weren’t able to see their comments before now can. However, they’re still not getting notified of replies. I’m gonna wait a day and see what more subscribers say before I back down to the previous version. Thanks for this tip scabthepoet!
Has anyone tried reinstalling the previous version? I saw that as a suggestion as I was reading that the entire staff won’t be available to help us for 13 DAYS!!! What in the world?! I might try this later on today, but if anyone is able to try it sooner let us know if it works!
I’m having a slightly similar issue. Random subscribers are not receiving notifications via email. One particular person got one on Saturday, but not today. Additional, random subscribers are either not seeing their own comments after they are posted or not seeing any comments. Here’s an example of what one subscriber sees vs. what’s really there.

I’m sorry. It seems I called it the wrong thing. I thought it was called “line break” but it’s the horizontal line.
