You can increase slider time by editing next file:
wp-content/themes/agama/assets/js/functions.jsfind next (on line 95):
transPeriod: 1000,add above transPeriod: 1000,:
time: 7000,change 7000 to time you want, 7000 = 7sec.
You can also expect slider time feature in next update.

Well many things can affect to content aligment but i supose its some plugin incompatibility or something.
Did you tried to turn off one by one plugin and test if content aligment is fixed ?
This is not theme related issue but if you give me your website url i can use inspect tool and check what’s causing this issue.
