Since on clean WordPress & Agama there is no any issue so this could be easily a conflict with some plugin and you all must have the same plugin installed so if anyone can list me what plugins you are using i could install them on my localhost and check what plugin is making this mess.

You can also try next thing:
Edit next file:
wp-content/themes/agama/framework/frontpage-boxes.phpscroll at bottom on line 195 and replace next code:
add_action( 'agama_frontpage_boxes_action', 'agama_frontpage_boxes', 10 );with:
add_action( 'agama_frontpage_boxes_action', 'agama_frontpage_boxes' );I don’t have this issue on my localhost so maybe you have some plugins installed which are making this mess.
Let’s see if someone else report same issue.

I see sharethis jquery error so try disabling that plugin or try turn off cache plugin also if you are using it.
