Appearance -> Customize -> Header -> Logo -> Logo Max-HeightAnd increase logo max-height per your own needs.

The Agama Blue is Child theme of Agama so basically you must have both themes installed if you are using Agama Blue theme.
The difference is on theme blog layout and some minor style sheet changes.

For disabling breadcrumb go to Admin Dashboard:
Appearance -> Customize -> Breadcrumb -> Breadrucmband switch button to “Off”.
For change text Search you need to edit next file:
wp-content/themes/agama/searchform.phpSearch on line 5 for:
<?php _e( 'Search', 'agama' ) ?>and change “Search” to your own custom word.
But better choice is that you create own child theme and copy searchform.php file in child theme and do proper needed changes since if you modify Agama core files they will be overridden on each update.

The main difference between free and pro version is in much more settings for the pro version.
But you can also make good websites with free theme so yes you can create even a similar website to one you posted url but you must have basic WordPress knowledge.
