It works!
A bit more information for people who don’t know where to edit the line share_url.
In the share and follow folder there is a file called share-and-follow.php. Scroll down to line 771.
Delete this line
‘share_url’ => “http://twitter.com/home/?status=TITLEURI”,
And paste this line
‘share_url’ => “http://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=TITLEURI”,

Seems the Dutch version is identical as the English version.
Only the backoffice is in Dutch.
So the problem above remains.
If anyone can point me to the file where i can edit the names of hyperlinks, textbox names and the sumbit comment button i would be very grateful.
