Not working actively on that project right now. And we solved it the other way.
But the next time im on the project i will try and remember this, and try it.

So the solution was simple. The “Sent from” in WooCommerce needs to be the same as the SMTP account in Post SMTP
When we did a re-send the mail was automatically “sent from” the account in Post SMTP, not the one i WooCommerce.
