Thanks for the info mikeotgaar, always good to hear things I might not have thought of. Fortunately, I can officially clear WordPress SEO of being the culprit. I tested the site with it deactivated for a week and the spikes continue. I’m relieved as this is the best SEO plugin I’ve used so far for WP. Phew!

There can be a lot of factors in an effective SEO strategy. Chances are you’ve done a lot of things right, but there may be some other things that can be improved. Without being able to take a look around however, its hard to tell what those could be.

was mostly just wondering if the author has heard about woocommerce or genesis conflicts, those are my two main suspects and, unfortunately vital to this site.
