You should still try to fix your customer-facing ticket interface. As a new customer, it makes me feel like the company doesn’t care about the customer experience. I (now) know that’s not the case, but as a new customer who just bought plugins from you, it makes me wonder if I just got scammed and I’m sure that’s not the first impression you want your customers to have.
When I click “Submit a Ticket” on https://wp-eventmanager.com/help-support I get the following error:
