Hi @rjawhar,
The demo of WPSchoolPress is the 1st version of plugin and we are yet to update the demo on website for the current version which is v1.1.13.
We had to remove the dashboard messaging feature as it was creating conflicts with other themes/plugins and as a result users were not able to access all the features of WPSchoolPress.
We have a notify option on the leftside menubarof WPSchoolPress admin dashboard. From here admin can send notifications to all users in form of emails or SMS. If the admin selects Email, it the the free feature. For using SMS functionality, it is a paid add-on.

In reply to: [School Management System – WPSchoolPress] Teacher can access wp-adminHI @gus2019,
We have created WPSchoolPress in such a way that only admin has rights to access the wordpress backend. Teachers can not access WP admin dashboard or the WP backend whenever they login with their respective credentials. I am sharing the screenshot of teacher’s dashboard of the current version of plugin v1.1.13. – http://prntscr.com/n9i6oo. I hope this can clear your confusion. No one else can access pages of WP Dashboard except admin.
There are limited rights given to all users on the bases of their roles.Furthermore, if you have any confusion, you can write us to supprt@wpschoolpress.com.

In reply to: [School Management System – WPSchoolPress] Subject & Exam Page is not loadingHi @ankitweb3,
Sometimes it happens that other theme or plugin may create conflicts due to which WPSchoolPress pages get blocked. You can test this issue from your end too.
Try and deactivate other plugins one by one and refresh the pages of WPSchoolPress. If by deactivating any plugin, the WPSchoolPress pages work better, then that is the plugin which created the conflict. Check which plugin is causing conflict. Recently we solved conflicts with Divi and Elementer plugin. Let us know the plugin name and we will fix the conflict soon.
Regarding accounting section, we will have a Fee Payment Module for WPSchoolPress as a paid add-on soon in near future. You can subscribe our newsletters. We will share the updates whenever we launch any new add-on update.

In reply to: [School Management System – WPSchoolPress] Theme compatibilityHi @langcom,
You would be able to access all the plugin pages as now we have made plugin compatible with Divi, Kayllas as well as Elementer Plugin in the latest version v1.1.13. Hence I am marking this thread as resolved.
Feel free to reach us on support@wpschoolpress.com for any queries.
Hi @davidperez,
Currently the plugin is available in 2 languages thanks to our contributors. The original plugin has been developed in English and other contributors have translated it to Spanish. You can find both the versions of the plugin on Right sidebar of WPSchoolPress page on WordPress.org directory under Languages option. You can also contribute to translate the plugin to your regional language if it is not available. You can check the translations, their contributors and progress here: https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/wpschoolpress

In reply to: [School Management System – WPSchoolPress] Can’t access pages and no ajax_urlHi @malzkorn,
Thanks for the update. We are happy to know that your issue is been now sorted.
Feel free to reach us on support@wpschoolpress.com whenever you need plugin support.
Hi @mdsohaibuddin,
Also I am marking this issue as resolved because it is something which is not an error or bug in the plugin functionality.
Hi @mdsohaibuddin,
Let me tell you how the current plugin and it’s pages can be accessed. Any user can be logged in from the front end login page. When an admin logins, he/she is redirected on the wordpress back-end dashboard. From there admin can access wpschoolpress dashboard. Like wise when any other user tries logging in, he/she will be redirected to his/her respective dashboards(not wordpress backend) with limited rights of functionality given.
Note: You can not access any page from the front end of your website directly such as sch-dashboard page, sch-add teacher page, etc., you can only log in from the front end.
Feel free to reach us on support@wpschoolpress.com if you have other queries. We are here to support you.

In reply to: [School Management System – WPSchoolPress] Can’t access pages and no ajax_urlHey @malzkorn
We do our testing with all sorts of setup and it is working fine for us. In fact, I have just used default WordPress theme with the latest plugin version today and it works as expected. We have got a good number of people using the plugin and regular download and sorry others do not have this issue. We do see conflicts from time to time as the plugin is big but we have been able to solve most conflicts and working on solving it for a few popular themes that we have to work on which is ongoing at the moment.
There is no particular server config required for WPSP plugin to work but good to try it in your local environment first to see if the issue persists.
The current version of a plugin is not fully supported for WP MultiSite yet. Not that you have that but wanted to point out.
@rushivispute1 Can you share us the snapshot of what you see?
@mubayiwa I am marking this ticket resolved as there is no response from you or we were able to help you from our website support ticket system.
