Facebook needs to “scrape” your page to know how to display the content, and this process happens every 24 hours. It’s possible that just giving it a little time was all it needed because it seems to be working now. I tested it on your latest blog post and the title, image, etc. were displayed as expected (see screenshot here).
Try it out now and let me know the results.

A complete uninstall and re-creation of files seemed to have fixed it. Still unsure of the root of the problem, but oh well.
