Thank you for giving Hustle a try. To test for a conflict with your theme or another plugin please activate a default theme and deactivate all your plugins. If Hustle is working, activate each plugin one at a time to find the conflict.
Also, could you share a screenshot of your settings? You can use a service like monosnap to share the screenshot. This will help us troubleshoot the issue further.

To change the slug for products, create a page using the name you would like products to use and then go to the presentation settings and select the page under the store pages setting.
