Sorry you were unhappy with Smush. One thing to clarify, the free version of Smush does not change image quality. It removes unused data. We never claimed to replace cropping or adjusting image quality with photoshop or other editing software. The Pro version does provide a Super Smush option that compresses images. Most people do not see a noticeable drop in quality from super Smush (pro only) and it has a more drastic impact on space and speed.
