I came back from lunch and the setup page was now showing more data and it looks like it let me set it up. However, once setup, it now it just dumps me into a badly looking web page for WordPress with a bunch of links to phpbb3 web pages. The urls are also messed up. I ended up disabling the plugin for now. I also cannot get back into the plugin setup page.

I am also getting for this SQL statement. It looks like the system doesn’t understand the ‘phpbb_’ prefix should be on the table name.

SELECT config_value FROM 0config WHERE config_name = ‘auth_method’

I have roughly the following setup:

CodeIgniter: /somesite
WordPress: /somesite/wordpress
phpBB3: /somesite/wordpress/forum

Where should the files go? The PHP BB Options page shows

Worpress path OK
AuthMode wpbb Error
auth_wpbb.php 0
common.php 0
common-orig.php File not found Error
posting.php No Error
functions_user.php No Error
