Sorry should mention a couple other things…

Originally I had the Contact 7 form on 2 sites with no issues. The site I’m having an issue with suddenly stopped working so I tried the usual tips to get contact 7 working again and decide to give FS form a go instead.

Sites are on HostGator.

I also tried disabling ALL plugins checking for a conflict. No luck.
