I use the last version of chrome (44.0.2403.157 m) and the demo site is working totally fine.
But I disabled the smooth scroll and now scroll is working fine!!
Should have thought of trying that earlier!

In reply to: [Customizr] Last version of Customizr won't scroll in chromeWell that’s weird, I just downgraded to version 3.3.28 and now scroll is working. I also tried version 3.4.7 and 3.4.6 which didn’t work for me…

Anyway, It seems to be really a problem with the new version of the theme because I did a new install of wordpress and applied the theme without any changes and it still won’t scroll !
I guess I’ll try to find an older version of the theme.

It was due to filezilla that would for some reason suppress the line breaks of the file, getting all the code in the line 1 and creating errors.
I fixed that by switching the transfer type in Filezilla from auto to binary.
