    Hi, this is the detail:

    I am using cf7, and have a few forms for the user to opt in. So instead of using the mailchimp forms, I use contact form 7 and added the prefix: mc4wp- in front of the field that I wanted to add to mailchimp list.

    Example of my form:

    <p>Email*: [email* mc4wp-EMAIL]</p>
    <p>[mc4wp_checkbox “Receive updates”]<p>
    <p>[submit “Send”]</p>

    I have make sure that I selected the list in the settings too.
    Please let me know how to resolve this.

    Hi, I am having exact same problem. All my sites after upgrade with the new version no longer send the list to mailchimp. The form still works fine.

    Please let me know how to resolve this.
