I don’t know what’s the cause but it’s very simple to solve.From your error displayed, I see that you have made some changes in that file and most likely made some mistakes in placing the codes.
So what you can do is to search for the original unmodified file (the exact same one) and replace it with the current one. If you still insist to make changes, you can. But definately not using the same way as before. Figure out where exactly you should place the codes.

I don’t think the browser matters cause a few of my other authors are using it and they are facing the same problem (absence of the bar) and it’s not easy for some HTML newbies..
I don’t know what to do, so i didn’t try anything except what you suggested and i didn’t find any check box.
I am using version 2.2.1
