This happened to me – here is how i fixed it. when i installed the latest version of WP, it made the default URL non-www as opposed to www. This is what screwed up the adsense code. I went into settings and added the “www” to the URLs in “WordPress address” and “Blog address” and hit “Save Changes.”
When I reloaded my site all the ads appeared.
