Thanks for your reply. I attached the excel file for shipping rates and also images for shipping setup and check out process for your view.

The current setup which you found in the link http://raysoftindia.net/ems was working fine.

I changed the checkout process order in a way to work for my need and to avoid the bug which i reported to you early.

Default Setup in Check out process. ( when reported to you 5 days before)

If i select Use billing address option then it was working fine.

Instead if i go for New Shipping address option i am getting the problem.

Problem : if i give new shipping state in the shipping address form i am getting the shipping cost for the state given in billing form not getting the cost for the state which i gave in the New shipping address form.

Step 2: Shipping method Selection
Step 3: Billing address form
Step 4: Payment selection
Step 5: Cart
Step 6: Check out notice

Currently looking to add 2 option buttons in the Billing address form

Option1 Billing address is same as shipping address( default it must be selected and do not show the billing address form)

Option 2 New billing address ( if selected show the Billing address form to filled by the customer)

Hope you can clear the Shipping calculation bug ASAP it will be useful to others those who choose the Thecartpress plugin.

Do i have solution to add the 2 option which i said above.

Thanks a lot for your kind reply. I found another plugin which dose the job i asked for but not satisfied with other design and product options . I hope can get this kind of futures in this plugin itself soon.
