We noticed that the prices under the attribute selector are loaded only when the prices for all the variations are not the same. If the prices for all variation are the same then the prices under the attribute selector are not loaded.
Therefore, there was not issue at all.

Removing the prices and re-adding them for those variations did not fixe the issue.
I cloned my site with Duplicator to create a staging site. I disabled all plugins except Woocommerce and also set the Storefront theme

Update: after checking I see that the problem is that the message shown after the user update is not shown. The change is saved anyway, but the message “The rser was updated” or “The user was created” is not shown.

I use the ([woocommerce_checkout]) shortcode. Besides, this only happens with the custom role user “my_custom_role”.
If I change the discount from 100% to 99% it works fine. I think the issue is related to the 0€ charge for the order.
I have this plugin active in my site which works with cron tasks: https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/
But I don’t think this is the cause of this issue.
