In reply to: Fatal Errors, DailyI can access the login page for wp-admin, but get the same error when I enter credentials and attempt to login:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\Hosting\9158482\html\wp-includes\theme.php on line 368Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Fatal Errors, DailyI believe she meant the latter, unfortunately. Yes, I know my host is not the greatest (and that’s putting it nicely!) but I don’t want to migrate right now.
As to the wp upgrade, I am currently running 3.3.2 which I believe is the latest version, is it not?

In reply to: 505 Internal Server Error: Only Occurring inside office network? The is resolved! 🙂 Turns out there was an issue with the way the server was configured to direct DNS requests. Once my system admin fixed this, everything worked fine.

Thanks for the reply! I’m very hesitant to try changing the theme because I have a custom theme (woo theme: Canvas) and I am leery of breaking links.
As to resetting plugins folder, I did try that via phpMyAdmin, to no avail. It’s so odd. Now the http://www.wrkengrs.com page is routing to a hostmonster “get this domain” generic page. But only from our internal network. When I run a test via host-tracker.com only 5/36 attempts fail. From outside I can see the page and it loads fine. It makes no sense to me!

In reply to: [Plugin: WP-Mail-SMTP] Mail won't send/recieveP.S. I should add: ultimately I’m trying to get the Contact7 plugin to work. Since the two go hand in hand, I figured I’d need to get smtp working first.
This article
http://angstrey.com/index.php/2009/07/20/contact-form-7s-failed-to-send-your-message-error/was informative, but since I don’t have or want my email to be hosted with godaddy, I’m not sure what to do.

In reply to: Content Not Loading in BackupThank you so much! I was able to resolve the issue. Turns out pointing the DNS fixed the problem. I think possibly the database hadn’t restored completely as well. (I know it can take awhile)
Many thanks!Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Content Not Loading in BackupPerhaps I’m missing something…
I can access the wrkengrs.com/wp-admin/ page, but it’s linked with the Old site, that’s hosted on a different service.I tried navigating to the wrkengrs.com.previewdns.com/wp-admin/ but get (as I suspected) a “this page does not exist on this server” error.
Is there a way to use wp-admin panel that’s connected to this new site?
If not, where to I upload the XML file into the wp database in my new hosting account?
