I’ve just solved the problem by changing ‘option_value’ into:
a:2:{i:2;a:0:{}s:12:”_multiwidget”;i:1;}
now everything is back to normal:-))

I have the same problem too with my WP 3.1. Can anyone resolve this annoying problem here? I’m so frustrated.
I’ve been using akismet plugin to filter spam emails like this.
