Do you know when rotate without page reload will be available?

There must be some alternative solution for this. Attach files are not rocket science.
I forgot to mention that I tested PostMaster (http://blog.xforward.com/?page_id=65) but it’s not working with WP2.7.
I have no problem to use WP-EMAIL but I want to attach images in my email and WP-EMAIL doesn’t support attachments.
It must be any plugin which support attachment …or isn’t it?
