What I am doing is re-activating them one by one and testing the wp-admin page each time.
I followed the instructions in login-trouble and renamed the plugins folder so it wouldn’t be recognized and it worked! I am now in my dashboard.
Unfortunately now, my plugins aren’t showing. It says to rename the folder back to /wp-content/plugins/ once the base WordPress installation has been recovered. Not sure what is meant here.
My site is not going to be much use without any plugins. What should I do now?
Again, I don’t have a host account control panel because I’m developing the site on localhost on my computer.
