@esmi is correct, we’re using a custom theme for flyasa.com.
I designed the site using Fireworks CS4, John from http://papercanopy.com & my colleague Dave Berry, coded the template from scratch.
If you just need a pre-made template, I would highly recommend checking out Themeforest.com
