In reply to: [Contact Form 7 - PayPal & Stripe Add-on] Error: REST API & loopback<rant>It certainly is not related to Php and SSL being enabled. When I disable your plugin, the problem goes away. The problem persists when I switch Php versions < 7 and enable your plugin. When I just use the code that PayPal gives me, that functionality works.
Don’t blame Php, SSL, my webhost or anything else. I’ll find a solution, don’t worry about me. Fix your plugin, you’ve got people that have paid for a plugin that is currently breaking their WordPress websites. I swear to God I’ll copy every last bit of promised functionality that your paid plugin is supposed to provide and I’ll go through the hassle of getting it on the official repo for free!
I don’t particularly care about supporting Stripe but I’ll include them too … Your copyright is meaningless because it’s not like I can read through your convoluted code and fix it myself, let alone copy-paste and allow myself to attempt to pass it off as my own (IF I were to “steal” that mess you call a plugin then if I gave you credit in README.txt, that meaningless gesture would fulfill all attribution requirements of the GPLv2) … no, I have to simply do the same job — hopefully in a more efficient manner (< 2Kb, no buy me now nags, no rate me nags etc.). 100% free and released under the WTFPLv2, which is fully compatible with WordPress’s GPLv2.</rant>

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 - PayPal & Stripe Add-on] Error: REST API & loopbackYeah, I’m having the exact same problem. I also see that you haven’t bothered to reply to this person. I’d buy your plugin if it worked … I’m looking for another one right now. If you can be bothered to drum up a solution before I find something else, that’d be great …
