In reply to: mysitemyway: no twitter messagesHi Steve, thanks and good suggestion – I’m afraid the themes have been abandoned, and mysitemyway are now defunct. I’m hoping there may be other users around that can help fix the problem.
Thanks laliz, have given that a go, and disabled my other SEO social plugin, but still no luck…

In reply to: Posts fail to load – can't find the causeHi All,
They helped track it down to a ‘Bottom of every post’ plugin.
I had a short code in there that generates a list of recent blog articles, and this was causing the whole page not to load. I’ve removed it, and the rest of the article is now fine.
I know it’s a long shot, but.. Anyone have any idea what was causing this, as I’d really like to include my blog articles short code.
I was using:
‘[blog_list thumb=”large” showposts=”3″ offset=”1″]’
Cheers

In reply to: Posts fail to load – can't find the causeThanks for the suggestion, just checked the logs and nothing. In fact they are empty, so I don’t know if that’s normal either.
Have asked the host, they can’t see any problems, but I think still looking.
Any other ideas?

In reply to: Editing custom mailchimp formHi WPyogi,
Thanks for this, that works perfectly. I really appreciate it.
I have tried looking for the code using firebug, but I just can’t seem to see the section you have posted? I’d really like to understand where I’m going wrong so that I can do this myself next time…
If I right click on the button, and select ‘inspect with firebug’
I get the following code highlighted, which is HTML, not CSS I believe:
<input id="mc-embedded-subscribe" class="button" type="submit" name="subscribe" value="Subscribe">On the right I get this:
#mc-embedded-subscribe { clear: both; display: block; margin: 1em 0 1em 5%; width: auto;I know both are providing info on the structure and style, but I’m not sure where to find the colour element that you posted?
Many thanks,
James
