Thanks for the quick response! It’s from the WordPress admin dashboard, when a custom post is submitted for review from a user with the Contributor role.

Upon further digging, I’m starting to think it may be the result of a privileges and/or plugin conflict issue somehow. I just tried to save a new custom post from an admin account with the “Pending Review” status, and the notification then sends. But not from a user with the Contributor role. I’m using the plugin Advance Access Manager (https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-access-manager/), and when that’s deactivated, it sends just fine, even from a Contributor. Are there specific user capabilities or privileges that are required for the plugin to work?

The 1.6.1 update seems to fix it–Thanks! Will mark as resolved.

Hi @tillkruess, thanks for the quick response! Sorry I forgot to include the diagnostics before. Unfortunately nothing shows up in the server error logs. I did some testing, and I think the issue lies with the Advance Access Manager plugin. I’ve tested multiple WP sites and I get the error when using both Redis 1.6 and the latest AAM
, but deactivating AAM or downgrading to Redis 1.59 fixes it.
