Thanks for clarifying – yes I can still see separate requests from Trustpilot when the widgets aren’t showing on each slide

The letter string generated is: KWWSIFJX

Where can I find the request list? I can see the system information, which has no reference to Trustpilot in.

Hi there,

Thanks for your reply. I have sent the report now.

There are no particular steps we take to reproduce the issue – it seems to be a loading problem but only occurs after the first iteration of the slideshow.

I can’t see any different in the html code for the Trustpilot iframe when it shows and doesn’t, unfortunately.
