Oops overlooked that. I went to DreamHost and tried FTP and got a login error. I clicked on live support. I explained the issue. The said 1 minute and came back with a fix in 10 seconds. They said it was not my fault just a system issue.

Thank you for the suggestion. As I originally wrote I don’t have any options as it is stuck in a loop.

Once I select continue I’m back to where I started and again if I select any option including Themes I will see the No Update Required page again. Its stuck in a loop.
I hope there is someone that can help or point me in the right direction as I’m sure this has happened to someone else before. Thank you.
No recent plugins. I installed Theme Forest template X about 2 months ago but nothing new since them.
