Hello Ramakantpurohit,
1) The Jabze WordPress Plugin doesn’t automatically connect a WordPress user to the system for privacy reasons. Some users wish to not engage in chats at certain times, even though they are logged into WordPress site. For this reason, users need to press the Jabze Chat button at the bottom in order to connect and be made available.
2) Customizing your WordPress registration page is a function of WordPress itself, not Jabze. That being said, you make gender selection available, we currently don’t support custom groupings based on user profile attributes.

Thank you for the feedback. The chat windows were purposely designed to provide for a non-intrusive messaging experience while using Jabze chat within an intranet setting. That being said, we don’t have an option to resize the windows at this moment in time.

About your problem them, would you write us at support@jabze.com, one of our staff member will help you though this and figure out if it’s a plug-in problem on our part, or a configuration issue on your side.

In reply to: [Jabze Chat - Intranet IM for Colleagues] Does Jabze have a group chat?There is no profile settings to tweak. The underlying Jabze platform is a full featured powerful rich media messaging exchange. The WordPress plugin is a light-weight window into it.
To access the full feature, a WordPress user would just click the “?” on the lower right, and then click the “Web App” button, and our group chat feature will be there immediately.

In reply to: [Jabze Chat - Intranet IM for Colleagues] Does Jabze have a group chat?Good news, we actually now have full support of this feature. What the user needs to do though, is to do one extra click and get into our Jabze Web app (no additional sign-in is needed).
You see, we wanted to keep the WordPress experience as light as possible, and we believe most users would just want to be able to see other users being online, and saying high. For more serious group discussions (with persistence no less), we provide a full web based UI to manage the more complex user experience.
In addition, we offer an easy way for the users to set up the Jabze mobile app, for iPhone and Android devices. There’s full featured group chat capabilities there, totally sync’ed with the Jabze platform too.
Please give it a try and let us know how it turns out…

To utilize the Jabze Group Chat feature, just go ahead and sign up for regular accounts at jabze.com.
If there is enough interest to have group chat feature in the plugin itself, please feel free to add a comment here and we may consider adding it.
