I bought the pro version today to realize, that I still cannot create a backup for my wordpress installation even though I try to upload it to my dropbox account (which did’t work in the free version + strato too).
At Marketpress.de I saw a thread about the same issue (https://marketpress.de/support/topic/backup-fehler-ab-archivgroesse-67-108-864-byte/#post-52451), where we were adviced to create separate jobs. So now I can create a db backup but still cannot create a backup for my wordpress installation because it’s still bigger > 64MB. And the advice was to change the provider if we’re not satisfied with splitting the jobs.
Now I spent 60€ for this plugin to encounter the same problem and to do the db backup separately which I can do with the free version too :(! In my understanding I don’t need a pro version for splitting the jobs! I would say if this should be the solution, which is possible with the free version too, I want my money back!Hi, I have the same problem (max execution is set and it didn’t help) and my hoster is also STRATO.

Actually, the scheduler is just not running daily as it is set, but sometimes or once a month or in different time intervals which I am not able to relate to any of the settings. I checked the hints in the link, but nothing worked for me (even the debug backup stopped after one minute or so).But I found following errors in the current log:
